Indulge in the rich flavors of our San Cristóbal coffee beans, sourced from a community producer group in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, located in Mexico's Chiapas region. Most of the coffee beans in this region are cultivated by the indigenous Mayan Tzotzil people, whose small, family-owned farms span approximately 5 acres each. The farmers process their own carefully harvested beans and collaborate to deliver them to the local mill. This meticulous, small-batch processing results in a truly distinctive flavor profile, making every cup a delightful journey through the heart of Chiapas.
